Bookings, payments and cancellations
Appointments
Book in advance to secure your spot!
Deposit
I kindly ask for a £10 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24-hour notice if you need to schedule.
Payments
Cash or card accepted. I can also charge the card on file whiever works best! Remaining balance due at the time of service needs to be paid BEFORE leaving the salon.
Patch tests
If you are a new client you will need to complete a patch tests. If you do not come in at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and the appointment will not go ahead. The remaining balance must also be paid.
Late Policy
This is so important as being late can have a knock-on affect for the rest of my day! Please try and give yourself plenty of time for your appointment depending on any roadworks in the area/weather conditions/traffic that can impact your appointment time.
I offer a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive out of the 15 minute grace period the appointment is automatically cancelled and the remaining balance is still due. This is classified as a last minute cancellation!
Hygiene, Guarantee, Disclaimers and Requests
Hygiene
Your health is my priority, I advise getting a removal of any nail product 4-5 sets in so I can check nail health etc.
All tools are sanitised for each client.

Let me know within 48 hours if you need any fixes.
Design Requests
Feel free to bring inspiration pictures for your dream nails!
